To qualify for this return service, the following minimum quantities must be met per pallet:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">48 x 5L empty containers, or</li><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">24 x 20L empty containers, or</li><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A combination of both</li></ul><h3 id="pallet-nets--holding-charge">Pallet Nets &amp; Holding Charge</h3>To help secure your empties for return, we offer pallet nets, which can be ordered directly through our Wholesale website. Please note the following:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Holding Charge: A &#xA3;45 holding charge applies to each pallet net. This charge was introduced to improve circulation efficiency and ensure availability.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Refund Process: Once the arranged collection has been completed and confirmed by the courier, we will refund the holding charge in full.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Dispatch Time: Due to limited availability, pallet nets may take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched.</li></ul><h3 id="how-to-arrange-your-collection">How to Arrange Your Collection</h3><ol><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Order a pallet net via our Wholesale website.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Once you receive the pallet net, please arrange collection within two working days by contacting our Customer Service team.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">After the courier confirms the collection has been completed, we will process a refund of your holding charge.</li></ol>&#x1F4CC; Need a Demonstration?
