Pallet Net PolicyUpdated 3 days ago
To help manage rising costs of materials, we introduced a new pallet net policy which started on the 25th November 2024.
From this date, a £45 Holding Fee will be added to all orders that include pallet nets. This fee acts as a deposit to ensure pallet nets are returned to our factory when empty refill pallets are collected.Pallet Net
How does it work?
When you place an order requiring pallet nets, a £45 Holding Fee will be added to your total order value.
This fee is fully refundable once our collection service picks up your empty refill pallets secured by the nets and logs the return.
Your refund will be processed back to your account as usual after the return is confirmed.
Why is this necessary?
Some pallet nets have not been returned in the past, resulting in financial loss for our business. This Holding Fee deposit helps encourage returns and allows us to continue providing an efficient and sustainable closed loop system.
What do I need to do?
Simply place your order as normal. The Holding Fee will appear in your total if pallet nets are included.
When your empty pallets are collected with the pallet nets, the deposit will be refunded automatically once the return is logged.
Please ensure pallet nets are returned with your empty pallets to avoid losing the Holding Fee.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
This policy helps Miniml maintain a sustainable closed loop supply chain while managing costs fairly.
