What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?Updated a month ago

We understand how important it is for you to receive your Miniml order on time, and we’re here to help if there’s a delay. Below are the steps you can take to track your order and resolve any issues.

1. Check Your Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with a tracking link. Please check this tracking information for the latest updates on your delivery status.

  • If you haven’t received a dispatch confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.
  • If your tracking information hasn’t updated in 48 hours, the courier may be experiencing a delay.

2. Standard Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–5 working days
  • Orders containing 200L drums have a 10 working day lead time. 

During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, deliveries may take a little longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, please follow the steps below.

3. Contact the Courier

If your tracking shows a delay or an issue with delivery, you can contact the courier directly for more information. 

4. Get in Touch with Us

If your order hasn’t arrived and your tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, please reach out to us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and delivery address
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Tracking hasn’t updated in 3 days” or “Courier says the parcel was delivered, but I haven’t received it”)

5. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours or in safe places around your property.
  • Contact the courier to confirm the delivery location.
  • If the parcel is still missing, let us know, and we’ll investigate further.

6. Refunds and Replacements

If your order is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement, gift card or a full refund. We aim to resolve these issues as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your products without further delay.
