At Miniml, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, we offer returns within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Our customer support team will assist you and ensure the process goes smoothly.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is returned with a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be processed through our returns portal, unless you're returning via our Miniml van during a van delivery.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will then receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received the return. After confirmation, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
