If your business is located within 100 miles of our warehouse, you may be eligible to receive your orders via the Miniml van. To ensure your order is included on the van route, please take note of the following important points:

1. Order Cut-Off Times
To be included on the van route, orders must be placed before the listed cut-off times. Orders placed after these times will either roll onto the following week’s van route or may need to be sent via courier.

2. Availability for Delivery
Our van delivers between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, so someone must be available to receive the order during this time. If you are unavailable, please provide clear instructions or a safe place for delivery; otherwise, your order may be sent via courier to keep the route running efficiently.

3. Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)
Orders must meet or exceed the minimum order value of £250 to qualify for van delivery. This ensures we can maintain an efficient and reliable service for all our customers.

4. Priority & Route Inclusion
Customers who place orders on time and meet the MOQ are prioritised for van delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off or below the MOQ may not be included on the van route and will be sent via courier instead.
