How will I be informed about the delivery time of my order?Updated 2 months ago

At Miniml, we aim to keep you informed about the delivery of your order every step of the way. The method of delivery will determine how you receive tracking information:

Courier Deliveries (FedEx, Yodel, Royal Mail)

  • If your order is shipped via FedEx, Yodel, or Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Miniml Van Deliveries

  • If you are located within 100 miles of our Northern Depot (BD20 8LG) and your order meets our MOQ of £250, it will automatically be added to our van route.
  • In most cases, the order will be delivered via our Miniml van, unless:
    • There are unexpected circumstances affecting the van schedule.
    • The route is too long for our driver to complete.
  • If we are unable to add your order to the van route, we will email you to notify you that your order will be dispatched via courier instead.
  • If you prefer to wait for the next available van delivery, you can request this when we contact you.

Pallet Deliveries (Expect Distribution)

  • If your order qualifies for a pallet delivery, we will contact you the day before dispatch to confirm that it will be shipped via Expect Distribution.
  • The pallet will be delivered within 24 hours between the hours of 9am-5pm, unless a later date has been requested
  • We will request that the Expect driver calls you 1 hour before arriving however this is not guaranteed. 
  • Please note that the pallet will be offloaded by the driver, but it will be the customer’s responsibility to unload and take stock off the pallet.
