We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order after placing it. Here’s what you need to know about editing or adding items to an order with Miniml.
Can I Add or Remove Items from My Order?
We may be able to amend your order if the items are in stock and your order has not yet been dispatched or entered the picking process.
Please note:
- In some cases, you may not have received your tracking information yet, but our picking team may already be working on your order. Once it reaches this stage, we are unable to make any changes.
- If you have received your tracking information, even if it was only a short time ago, your order has already been processed and placed on a pallet for courier collection. At this point, our picking team is unable to locate and amend it.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address—please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
What If My Order Has Already Been Shipped?
- Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not always guaranteed as they depend on the courier's ability to amend the delivery details.
- If your parcel is delivered to the incorrect address and you are unable to retrieve it, we cannot send a replacement as this is not an error on our end.
