Bank Holiday Delivery InformationUpdated 20 hours ago
Bank holidays can affect our delivery and dispatch schedules. To help you plan your orders, please see below for what happens to deliveries around a bank holiday.
Orders within 100 miles
If your delivery address is within 100 miles of our warehouse and your order is over the MOQ for the van there will be no deliveries on the bank holiday itself.
Your delivery will usually be moved to the day before or the day after, depending on the delivery route and availability.
For example:
Monday bank holiday: Your delivery may be moved to Tuesday, or your order may be sent via DHL.
Friday bank holiday: Your delivery may be moved to Thursday, or your order may be sent via courier either before or after the bank holiday.
Orders more than 100 miles away
For customers located more than 100 miles from our warehouse, orders will not be dispatched or delivered on the bank holiday.
Your order will be dispatched either before or after the bank holiday, depending on the courier schedule and when your order is processed.
Please be aware that courier services may also operate reduced services around bank holidays, which can affect delivery times.
What does this mean for my order?
If you have an order due around a bank holiday, please allow for a possible change to your usual delivery date.
We will always aim to get your order to you as close to your usual delivery day as possible, but the exact delivery date can vary depending on your location, courier availability and the bank holiday schedule.
Planning your B2B orders
If you need stock for a specific date, we recommend placing your order in advance of a bank holiday to allow enough time for processing and delivery.
If you have any questions about a specific order or delivery date, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
